photo assignment

My topic will be nuclear war. I choose this topic because I think that the entire concept of nuclear war is horrible and I thought this would lead to some powerful photos. My story will be a nuke falling and everyone freaking out and the destruction of society before it lands. The issue in my story is extremely clear 2 of my photos literally have a nuke falling on a town.

• photo 1 nuke falling this will have the rule of thirds.this will allow me to show the  town while having my bomb as the main focus. I will also alter the perspective (next to the nuke)this will make the town seem helpless as they are on a extreme low angle to the bomb this .will also introduce a prop. This will half work as a orientation  and half be a conflict.
  
  
  
• photo 2 people running this will be shooting candidly and will have the rule of thirds i will also play with eye contact. this will work as a rising action. buy having the rule of thirds i am showing how much ground he has in front of him and therefore how pointless it is to run                                                         .
• photo 3 people crying rule of thirds.crying is seen as a big thing and people only do it when emotions overrun their common sense.this will add to the feeling of despair.  this will also work as a rising action

• photo 4 nuke falling(under the nuke) this will play with perspective as an almost first person view of the nuke i will also be having a prop as the main focus. rule of thirds.this will be a climax and falling action
• photo 3.5 this will be someone shooting themselves in the head. in this I will play with eye contact as they will have their eyes closed.making them seem desperate and not wanting to do it.  this will also introduce a prop and it will also be shooting candidly. this will be a conflict and a rising action

• photo 5 waste land this wasteland will be introducing a prop as i will have a skull in the rule of thirds. as well as sand instead of grass and roads. this will also focus on one body part as the skull is a body part. I cant make a skull so I will have to borrow an asset. this will also work as a resolution.this resolution will be a difference from a normal one as usually they are happy but this one shows the horror of a nuke.  the bibliography will be seventh photo. 

One of the challenges i had with this assignment is I had to make 8 houses for the shots with the nuke falling. I also had to Photoshop in the skull at the end. Photoshoping the skull was a challenge as I had never used Photoshop before. getting the tear on my eye was also a challenge as onions didn't look good for crying so I got a eyedropper and dropped it on my face then took the photo. I have learnt a lot of new programs and have developed skill in them such as sketch up before I started I had problems making a cube, now I am making complex houses in sketch up. when I first built a couple houses I was told my windows looked too modern. I then learnt how to make old timely looking windows. I discarded the idea for a series of shots when  the nuke was falling as this looked fake and did not work for the overall affect. Also i would've had to put the blast in which would've made the piece less moving as an imagination usually makes things worse than they are.

My story.

Donald Trump met with Putin. Donald Trump is the president of the United States Putin is the president of Russia. They were inside Putin's house in Moscow. Donald Trump and Putin Were meeting to trade Recipes .

 they were talking and trump insulted Putin over a petty argument over if chicken tastes better with beans or rice. Trump had Stated that the chicken juices soaked into the rice and added a color to the rice. Putin had said that the beans added a sweetness that tasted delicious. Trump said that sugar was the last thing Putin needed. Putin had said that nobody wanted to eat rice as orange as your skin.

this argument got violent and they started fighting.Putin smashed trump over the head with a bottle of vodka. trump won by choking Putin with his wig and spraying him with orange fake tan.

Putin Was salty so he declared nuclear war on america. trump got mad and declared nuclear war on Russia.

They launched many Hydrogen Bombs and one of them was set to land in a small town called Happyville .
