. I came up with this idea while looking for charity's to donate to last night. I also felt that the rich countries should be trying much harder to help the countries who can't help themselves. my company name will be Seed Zimbabwe. I will need this logo to be something to do with seeds as this would make it relevant. I also need it to show hope of some kind. first i i'll try the word mark logo. o ne of the issues i had while i did this assignment was pixel art letters but I think i got better at them at the end design. i tried a few times to add bubble letters but they never worked well. i also had another word mark design but that looked even worse so i redid it. my Company IS SUPPOSED TO BE NICE.IT IS ALSO A NON PROFIT COMPANY. logos are used to be the "face" of the company they are also used to represent the company and what it does. they also are meant to provide information about the company.Logos are also a shorthand way to refer to the company.
as you can see i have no idea how to write words in pixels i'll be trying the letter mark logo. i also don't think i can find

this i think looks really good and is my favorite so far i am going to add letters above it for my combination logo. it looks good because it displays my company and it looks professional. i choose to do a plant coming out of the shell because i thought showing growth would help get my message out.
this is really good and i think i'm going to stick with this one. Because it is not to complicated and it tells people vaguely what my company is doing.it also has the best looking seed and plant out of all. i choose to add letters so people could look up our company
of my designs. i will add some shading to this.

the reason i choose this logo is it is definitely describable. it is just a seed with a plant growing in it. it is also memorable as i think it shows hope and that is something people will remember. it is also scale able as seen below
it is also relevant as i am giving seeds to Zimbabwe.

this is why i picked this logo over the others because it works better with all of these requirements. it also makes more sense as seen in the wordmark . the letter mark also doesn't seem complete. this logo as well looks interesting to make you research my company.
It also would work in websites. it would also work as a sticker which people could stick on posts. my secret message on this logo is the plant is growing out of a dull shell to become something beautiful kind of showing how much this could help families in Zimbabwe. next time i will try to add some more detail to the plant but i did not have enough time to do this. I am also not skilled enough to do this. When i asked people about my design they all said it looked like a basketball so i changed it to be darker. I added a hidden meaning by making the letters part of the plant. I did this because i wanted a better grade. I tried to do bubble letters in my combo mark logo but i could not fit it in. it also looked liked a bunch of lines not letters.
This is Louie's logo i think it is not an effective logo. This is because it does not tell me what his company is about.It is also not memorable as it is just a few letters of seemingly random order. it is scale able and simple though. it also works in grey scale as it is already in grey scale.it is describable as well. i personally would not use this logo as it tells me nothing about the company and i can't remember it. he could use one of his other logos he tried like the combination mark logo.
this is a good logo as it tells me what it is about, it is memorable. And it is okay in black and white. the only problem i have with this logo is it wouldn't scale down very far as you wouldn't be able to read the writing. to fix this we could use Louie's brandmark logo.
